"I went here for a medicated bath followed by sulphur treatment. Both were medications I gave them to use and told them to use in very diluted less quantities. This treatment was happening through a renowned vet in gurgaon so hence I provided the shampoo and topical solution. However, the team there applied soo much sulphur that my dogs skin burnt down. I had categorically told them not to use more than 30 ML and I am certain it was more- looking at the colour of medicine. I didnt say anything then because the symptoms didnt show immediately, But it was so bad that I had to give him an allegra and bathe him with plain water the next day immediately. Now he has to be put on steroids. Be aware folks that have dogs with sensitive skin or taking medicated baths here- the staff doesnt know how much application is ok."
